What's Going On?We created a new Facebook page for Hugh Ballou and the folks at Synervision. Getting LIKES is always pleasant, so please feel free to do so. At BistroUX, we have been emphasizing certain digital marketing statistics, such as the fact that more than half of all internet users check their emails before doing anything else. Over at Singlepoint, they have launched Klen Hands, a hand sanitizer with moisturizing hemp oil . Up the street at Loop, the company has announced that it has closed its previously announced $300,000 in inventory financing through the issuance of convertible debentures. Meanwhile, at Verb, former Apple general counsel Nancy Heinen will present a special virtual online event Thursday, March 26 2020, as a live broadcast demonstration, showcase and information session for the new tool Verb Live. Tomorrow is a big day all over because our friend Susie Carder will be joining PowerTeam International for a twelve hour--yep, that's right--digital success summit. Over the next few days, we at Return on Initiative will be updating the Town of Alderson website with the last several months meeting minutes. And while Wioleta Kapusta of RealtyOne continues to be the voice of real estate in Goodyear, Arizona, David and Andrea Lieberstein continue to keep on keeping on with their numerous profitable enterprises, including the retractable clothes dryer Laundranet, and David's own Bonsai Urn, part of David's Dream Product Guru empire, as well as brilliant and industrious Andrea's Mindful Eating Training and much faster loading website Your well-Nourished Life. None of our super clients are letting the Covid19 stay at home orders prevent them from busting it out from the safety of their own homes. Take for instance Dr Darren Starwynn , who is pulling together visuals for an ambitious and important visually-based marketing campaign. Located in Mill Valley in Marin County, about fourteen miles north of beautiful San Francisco, Darren works with Empowered Lightworkers and the Bridge To Mastery towards fostering an awareness of the role of consciousness in the process of healing. In times such as these, the idea of actually saving money perhaps seems daunting, but George Gadzik, he of the frugal outlook, can teach anyone willing to meet him halfway, which is why he reminds us to pay our bills on autopay so those bills are paid on time, we avoid late charges, and happiness abounds. We can all learn a lot from George at his Wealthwave site. And on the subject of saving money, Vince Offutt wants us to remind you that getting your carpet cleaned by his company, Keep It Clean Phoenix, will save you a bundle and help keep our home environment nice and clean. Health should be on everyone's minds right now and one component of good health is teamwork. Like it or not, we are all in this thing together. Reach out--by phone or email, that is!--to my friend Greg Herbert with Power Plus 2, the lifting system that builds strength, teamwork, trust and confidence. The weather the rest of this week in Phoenix is for highs in the low-to-mid seventies, a condition that won't last much longer, as local residents know all too well. That means this is the perfect time to contact Kenny Trett and the talented guys over at ACN Painting LLC so your home or commercial business can get that new interior or exterior paint job you've been putting off for far too long. We love working with people in Arizona, no doubt in large part because that has been home for so many years. One of our Prescott Valley friends, Vickie Johnston, owns and works at H2O health (formerly UltraWatre Bar Health Store), where she teaches--online for now--each Saturday about how the human body works, about what is in our water and food, and about what we can do about the toxicity in our world. Even if you live outside the state of Arizona, Vickie's Online Store is there to serve your needs. To wrap up today's overview, it is with great pleasure that I talk about one of the genuine stars of the show: Mariel Miller, The Franchise Advisor. She broadcast a show yesterday as part of the TWN Livestream Series Being Relevant Today--Staying Relevant Tomorrow. I had the pleasure of listening in to the broadcast by telephone and I must say that Mariel's advise was nothing short of mesmerizing. If you were there, you know just how important what Mariel had to share about, for instance, recession-proof businesses means to all of us right now. The show was recorded, so check back here and we will post the link just as soon as we have it. That is what's new for the moment. In the days to come, we will share with you reports on the band Flood Waters, the businesses at Alderson Main street, the Old Victorian Inn, Orange County Real Estate by Laleh,

Talk is Cheap Legal Resources is another fine client, as are Letz Talk Now and the other thousand or so clients on our roster whom I promise we will talk about sooner rather than later. Until tomorrow, stay home if you can, tune in, tune on and be good.

Search Goodyear HomesThinking about real estate right now with Covid19 rearing its nasty head? Maybe you should be.
The American Land Title Association has compiled a list of resources specifically for homeowners during the pandemic. Here's a real-time database of offices closed: County Record Office Closures. And then there's Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan. Perhaps most important, here you will find the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to help protect your credit during the pendemic. This information courtesy Wioleta Kapusta with Search Goodyear Homes. Return on InitiativeWhile it is far too early in the crisis for us to grow overconfident, I can report that we at ROI have gained several new clients just within the last week, some of these being here in the valley hills of Greenbrier county. One that was from elsewhere is one of our favorites, a website for one of the best cover bands going, Flood Waters, featuring our good friend Amy Manning. We have also tasked ourselves with creating a fine website for the merchants in Alderson called Alderson Main Street. And speaking of Alderson, I am also happy to report we are maintaining the Town of Alderson website, as well as the website for the charming Bed and Breakfast The Old Victorian Inn. In short, the last week has been a good one for us, I suspect in part because people are regrouping and onefacet of that is getting their online presence together.
Message from BistrouxThe food and hospitality/restaurant industry has been hit hard. With the ban on dine-in, most people are utilizing carryout options. Many restaurants are using third party delivery platforms for offering carryout and having to pay exorbitant amounts on top of their slimming profit margin to stay afloat.
At BistroUX, we have seen at uptick in the online carryout orders in our software platform. We can support the struggling businesses by helping them lower their costs and offer an affordable rate during this time of crisis. These clients will be able to offer online services within a matter of days. If any business owner can benefit from switching their services to eCommerce solutions or online solutions, I look forward to hearing from them. As Vickie tells us, "I am trying to keep my employees working as well as help those who are in need of clean water. Many folks may not want to come out and some are unable to get out. We are in the healthy water and health solution business. I have put together a few items to help combat the issues of fear of not having clean water and healthy immune system builders. Protect your family and fight back against this damaging virus."
